WINTER PARK, Fla., Nov. 18, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Alpine Income Property Trust, Inc. (NYSE: PINE) (the “Company”) announced today that its Board of Directors has authorized, and the Company has declared, a quarterly cash dividend of $0.285 per share of common stock for the fourth quarter of 2025 (the “Common Stock Cash Dividend”). The Common Stock Cash Dividend represents an annualized yield of approximately 6.9% based on the closing price of the Company’s common stock on November 17, 2025.

The Common Stock Cash Dividend is payable on December 31, 2025, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on December 11, 2025, and the ex-dividend date for the Common Stock Cash Dividend is December 11, 2025.

The Board of Directors also authorized, and the Company has declared, a pro-rated quarterly cash dividend of $0.2722 per share of the Company’s 8.000% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock for the fourth quarter of 2025, to be paid on December 31, 2025, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on December 11, 2025.
